Contemporary urban condominiums in SLC. The 20 story project includes 150 condominium units, lobbies, a pool and whirlpool, locker rooms, and meeting and social spaces. The tower is certified LEED gold. Design includes conceptual design and space planning, custom interior architectural elements, furnishings, detailing, and all material selections/specifications.
Interior designer in collaboration with ZGF design principal, interior design lead from design development through construction, and construction supervision of the project interior and exterior throughout construction.
