3 Civic Plaza - a 52 story mixed-use tower located at Surrey's new city center. Its plaza is shared with the new public library and city hall and is located on the transit line a short distance to Vancouver. Design of the 353 residential condominium units, 144 hotel guest rooms, 5 floors of office space, 13,700 sq. ft. of commercial space, a rooftop garden, a pool, and fitness center integrates the project's "global modern meets local roots" identity. Residents, office tenants, and hotel guests share concierge and food and beverage services as well as amenity spaces.
Interior designer in collaboration with ZGF design principal from concept through execution ensuring brand expression and integration in the design of all components including public spaces, the hotel guest rooms, amenity spaces, and the condominium units.
